IT Software Solutions  
Floyd Thomas LLC has partnered with global solutions company BMC Software to provide IT products to help manage your IT services and keep your data center running at top performance.  Products are designed for large enterprises to manage, monitor, control, secure, fix and streamline the resources upon which your current operations and disaster recovery depend.  

We offer a full line of Service Desk (formerly Remedy) solutions that enable organizations to reduce costs, improve quality of service, and maximize overall operational effectiveness.  Help Desk, Asset Management, Change Management and Service Level Agreements are examples of Service Desk solutions.   

We also offer Service Desk Express (formerly Magic) solutions which target the needs of small and medium sized enterprises with a full range of web-based service management solutions.  

Discounts off manufacturer's list prices (MSRP) make our prices the popular choice among customers purchasing BMC.  After four years, our DIR contract for BMC Software expired. Customers may continue to contact us to discuss IT needs and product quotes will be generated from the BMC DIR DIR-SDD-587 contract.   

Consulting Services
We consult with companies exploring business within public sector markets in Texas and the Federal government, broker introductions to key officials, conduct business development strategy sessions, and provide expertise and assistance on vendor bid process/strategy/content/pricing, minority-owned business content and certifications, and other key areas of interest.  For international companies, consultations include government resources available to companies positioned to grow business through export.
